Today, I am coming up with another review, and that’s book review, not my usual movie reviews. This year, I have decided to read atleast one book per month to start with. The first book I read this year is “RAISE YOUR VOICE“. This book has been developed by Child Chapter Association. And here is my review about the “RAISE YOUR VOICE” book.
Exellent! The “RAISE YOUR VOICE” is perfect book for all the people around the world here. The most important book that i think all should read , especially for teenagers. It talks about, Emotional abuse, Physical abuse, Good touch and Bad touch. Also, it has a lot of fun activities for kids and teens to learn about what not to do and what to do.
In this book you will learn about a lot of important points about good touch, bad touch , who has the right to touch them, private parts of girls and boys and most importantly who can help you if you are going through these unneasy situations. The best in this book is the mentioning about the numbers of child helpline and police which I think everybody must remember throughout.
Regarding, Good touch and bad touch, Exellent! That is the point I think that we all must remember. The boundaries that we must set through ourselves to protect us from the awfull situations. And most importantly who can touch and who cant touch, another bravo! Moment in this book. and we must know that . And not giving upon ourselves and keep on RAISING OUR VOICES untill someone trusts you and gives the required help that you need to feel safe and happy from these awful scenarios.
The stories and scenarios in this book is Intersting and fun to learn. This book also teaches you what action to take, what actions not to do and most importantly RAISE YOUR VOICE against does who do it. Really very impressed and very happy that this kind of book is written and is published. I would also expect more books like this so that everyone understands that life is not just about technology , science , maths or language. It is also about general knowledge. General knowledge is the basics and life skills. These basics are required before you go to the complicated stuff in life. And the more you know about general knowledge , the more easy it is. Art and craft in your school is just to relax and few may take it as a proffesion. But you cant survive the life with Art and Craft . You need General knowledge and life skills.You need them and its a must. No matter what it takes.
Many may feel bored to pick up this book are read it. But it is a guide that helps you to survive and not DIE ! Thanks a lot for this great book. The pictures in this book are good and makes this book easy to read. Even the tough concepts are explained in simpler manner with the help of images. The activities given in the book keeps the readers interest through out the book. They didn’t deviate from the core idea of the book. So, in crux, this book really gave us an oppurtunity to learn about the situations that may come in our daily basis. And what ever it takes we should be prepared for the upcoming situations.
