Nobody can deny that Mommy’s Influence is the best on any kid. Don’t you think I am the best person to say that, as I am always beside my mom the whole day? In fact, my dad teases me at times saying that I am the shadow of my mom. Though I fight with him when he tells me that, I really don’t mind that teasing and I like too actually. Please don’t tell this secret to my dad OK?
When ever, I get holidays, I keep playing with my mom whole day and she also tries to take me to new places so that I can get to see things around me. Some time back, when we were on a holiday in Hyderabad, she took me to a white building which she called castle and that building has lot of big arches down the hallway. So I asked my mom is that what Mickey and Minnie mouse calls as maze in their shows on TV. She smiled at me and said maze is a different one and this is called a royal hall way.
But whatever one wishes to call that place, I could only imagine the fun we can have if we can play hide and seek there. But since there are a lot of people around us, I was not sure if that’s the good thing to do. So I slowly asked my mom. She told me that as long as we don’t run but do it quietly without disturbing the other people, we can play. I was a bit doubtful as to what would guard standing at the entrance said. Since there is no furniture or valuables there which get disturbed, she told me that we should be good to go.
So both of us started playing the game with out disturbing or shouting. Seeing the silent fun we were having with out disturbing others, few more people including some aunties and dads have joined us. We had a gala of time, finding each other.
The reason why I wanted to share this incident with you all is that my mom taught me a new lesson during this visit. We shouldn’t feel shy or think about others while we are trying to find out our happiness. People would also not mind about us as long as we don’t disturb others and some people might even join us. This is just an example of how my mommy uses the situation to teach me a new lesson.
Now won’t you all agree that mommy’s are the best influencers for kids? Please let me know your thoughts on my views in the comments.
